This beautiful tutu dress has been made to inspired Belle from beauty and the beast. The dress has been made using the hand tied method with two layers of tulle for an extra volume skirt. The top layer is made using sequin sparkle tulle so it’s really sparkly. The bodice is made using a stretch crochet tube top which is fully lined for comfort and coverage with an belle appliqué, glitter backing and red rose detail. Straps are adjustable to fit.
